Insurgentes 929 is an iconic corporate office building that emerges from the most important point of Mexico City’s Central Business District, at the intersection between Insurgentes Sur.

ARCHITECTURE


The renowned architectural firm Serrano Arquitectos, led by Architect Francisco Serrano is responsible for the innovative architectural proposal, which incorporates the highest environmental and facilities technology.

The architectural concept created by the renowned architect Francisco Serrano (2003 National Science and Arts Award Winner), allows the building to be perceived as a whole body, opposed to independent facades; This feature, combined with its 8° rotation relative to Insurgentes Av. Axis, achieves a unique perception of the magnificence of the project from all angles.

The building effectively displays the white chiseled concrete stamp from Serrano, combined with a design that harmoniously integrates structure, pure form and function in a sober, elegant and timeless proposal that will become an icon in Mexico City.

The project includes a 75 ft. oversailing that visually integrates both Insurgentes and San Antonio avenues, framing the building’s access and enabling the identification of each space’s function from any outside point.

Additionally, the building integrates interior and exterior by including the retail area in P.B. and terraces in each level, including the lobby in level +1, creating a unique experience for its users.








This exclusive location offers a privileged spot, conveniently close and connected with many of the City’s main business corridors like Polanco, Reforma, Lomas de Chapultepec and southern Mexico City.

Strategic location enables easy access to public transportation systems like Metrobus. Additionally, as another environmental sustainability feature, the building will have parking spaces for bike use exclusively.






The terraces were designed to provide the users with an enjoyable work experience, with great natural illumination and ventilation inside the building, unparalleled views of the city’s heart and outdoor spaces for brakes during the day.

Natural ventilation helps to save energy and natural resources in accordance with LEED GOLD Pre-certification, allowing users to access recreational areas within their workplaces, improving their productivity and quality of life.

The magnificent spaces designed by the prestigious office Serrano Architects and associates S.C , guarantee an optimal use of the space because of its services location, combined with the absence of columns ensure an optimal use of the space. The building is innovative and versatile, providing the user with the ability to have or not a main restroom space, or locate it wherever is required, in an area of more than 1,200 sq. mts. (12,917 sq. ft.)per floor; allowing to enjoy the spaciousness and versatility provided by a 3,90mts (12’10” ft.) free height between floors.
